All properties are managed by the Sun Beach Rentals team. This site is designed to enhance your experience by offering personalized customer service, additional property details, and connecting you with the correct platform or contact for your booking.
Are the prices the same as on Airbnb or other platforms?
Not always. Prices may vary between platforms due to different commission structures and service fees, which we do not control. Final prices, including taxes and fees, are determined by the booking platform you choose.
Are the listings verified?
Yes, all properties are active on recognized booking platforms and are professionally managed by our Sun Beach Rentals team, which operates in several countries around the world.

How do I make a reservation?
Click the booking link on the property’s page to be redirected to Airbnb, VRBO, or Booking.com. Follow the instructions on the platform to complete your booking.
I’m from Brazil. Can I pay using Pix or Mercado Pago?
Yes, if a property is available for direct booking, Brazilian guests may pay using Pix or Mercado Pago. Please contact us for more details.
What currencies do you accept for direct bookings?
We accept Brazilian Real (BRL) for all direct bookings made via Pix or Mercado Pago.
Can I modify or cancel my booking after confirmation?
Any changes or cancellations must be handled directly through the platform where the reservation was made. Please refer to their specific terms and conditions.
Are there any extra fees for direct bookings?
Direct bookings may include reduced platform fees, but cleaning or service charges may still apply. All costs will be clearly communicated before payment.

What happens if my booking is canceled?
Although cancellations are rare, if it does happen, you will receive a 100% refund.

Yes. Bookings made through a platform will generate an automatic confirmation email. For direct bookings, our team will send you a confirmation by email.
